Batch #11 of our Applejack is a blend of 5 barrels--most of which is being put back into those barrels for further aging. That is part of the fun of the Applejack--moving it through different barrels to get the variety of flavors from the different new and used woods! But the 42.5 gallons we took for proofing and bottling will blow your socks off.  It is delicate, smooth and delicious.  These bottles will be in Ohio and should be on shelves soon!
